the overnight transatlantic flight and get the most out of the richly varied
capital of Sweden.

take the train west
across Sweden to
Oslo,
Norway’s vibrant, modern capital
at the head of the Oslo
Fjord. Discover
the royal
palace, Oslo’s great harbor with its Viking Ship, Kon

museums, and the remarkable
sculpture of
Vigelands Park. Two nights in Oslo will
give you sufficient time to explore Norway's capital

Copenhagen, Denmark,

Denmark's

HOME AT FIRST's
Activities Guides provide dozens of suggestions for day-trip
destinations out of London with precise "how-to" directions. Convenient rail service
connects to hundreds of fascinating destinations out of town! Using the frequent,
reliable trains of the British
rail network, you can take
day trips to towns and cities
throughout much of England and Wales and be back
home in Central London in
time for supper.
(NOTE: Rail
journey tickets are an
extra-cost item you purchase in London.)
After a week, fly
home across the Atlantic from London. Because you are two
hours closer to home, your westward journey
seems less fatiguing.

in from the airport (Underground train, high-speed airport train,
airport bus) into Central London.
Those arriving by high-speed airport train or airport bus into
Central London, take a taxi for the last
few minutes to your apartment location. If not encumbered by too
much luggage, guests can take the
London Underground from Heathrow Airport and back to within a short
distance of their apartments.
From the nearest Underground stations it's
less than a 5-minute taxi ride to
your apartment. We
provide full details of your options.
