THE COTTAGES: There are 14 Northern Highlands Cottages spread across an expansive estate. Each is unique, but all are similarly appointed with fully equipped kitchens and comfortably furnished living rooms. All are set in isolated locations on the estate away from noise, congestion, traffic, and pollution. Most feature fine views across meadowland overlooking a river valley with distant Highlands hills. offer accommodation for 2-4 persons using 2 bedrooms. Larger cottages can sleep as many as 12 persons with up to 5 bedrooms, and offer multiple bathrooms. Six of the lodgings are in groups of two "semi-detached" cottages. Three of the lodgings are in one row. All lodgings have separate, private entrance, TVs, and fragrant, usable peat fireplaces. All cottages are heated with individual heating registers in each room. Private, off-street parking is provided at each cottage. Laundry facilities are provided in the estate's central building.
