From the Central Highlands, Edinburgh and Glasgow are each as close as 90 minutes away. The wild, lonesome Munros (highest mountains) and moors of the Highlands continue to extend to the north. This legendary landscape draws visitors looking to discover the secrets of Celts, Picts, Scots, Druids, and that greatest of Highland mysteries, Nessie, the reluctant dragon of Scotland’s deep, black Loch Ness.
